Who is responsible

Clearline Access Media Ltd (Bristol, United Kingdom) is the data controller for this website. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

  • Emails you send us. We keep your message and address only to reply and to fix any issue you raise. Lawful basis: legitimate interests.
  • Settings stored on your device. Display settings, checklist ticks and your cookie choice are saved in your browser's local storage. They never reach us.
  • Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to keep the site secure. These logs are kept for a limited period.

We do not run analytics or advertising tags at present. If we add measurement in future, it will only run after you accept optional cookies, and this policy will be updated first.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers who host the site or our email, under contract, or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Emails are deleted when no longer needed, normally within 24 months. Local storage stays on your device until you clear it.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to processing or restrict it. Email us and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Children

This site is written for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
